Val replaced a number of broken porcelain tiles in our kitchen. He was very professional and we’d certainly use him again. The finished flooring job feels better than the original installation.

I’ve been using this company for the past few months to clean a clinic I manage. They are wonderful! Every morning the clinic is spotless and tidy and always smells good. They restock the washrooms, empty the garbage cans and even cleaned out our microwave! They are very reliable and friendly. You’d think with the level of service this company provides the costs would be high, however they are very fair and very competitive in their fees. I would highly recommend Task-Co!

Millicent was my first point of contact, she is super nice and you can tell she really cares about customer relationships. The whole team was great to work with. Mike followed up with me a few times over the phone to make sure I was happy with the available days and time for the floor cleaning to be done on my new industrial unit. Shortly after the work was completed I received a text message from Ray, which I appreciated, follow-ups are always important. Next time I need my floors cleaned again, will use this company, local (Oshawa) and family owned, what more could you ask for, just perfect.

For over 10 years, our office building has been annually cleaned by Raymond, Mike, Shane and the Task-Co staff. They have consistently worked efficiently and with excellence to get winter’s grime out of the carpets, scrub lime deposits out of toilets, strip and wax the linoleum, replace light bulbs in out-of-reach chandeliers and restore a sparkle to our windows. My position is a housing coordinator which involves housing rentals and mortgages. Whenever a tenant moves out of a unit we usually have the unit cleaned and when we have a new home built we have the home cleaned as there is a lot of construction materials, dust etc. We have had the pleasure of acquiring the professional services of Task Co. They are always accommodating, reasonably priced and do an excellent job in cleaning. Millicent always does a superior job in scheduling the work with Ray and the crews, invoicing and is always a pleasure to communicate with. Their attention to details, i.e., I had inadvertently left valuable items in my garbage pile to which the Task-co Reps acknowledged the items, put them aside and later confirmed whether or not I really wanted them gone.

I find that their level of efficiency was far better than their competitors(s) who had provided me with an estimate; Task-co completed the job in a lesser time than anticipated, without any sacrifice to quality.

I used Task Co Building Maintenance to do a cleaning for us, they provided us with a service using five (5) cleaners with very short notice and did an excellent job. I would use this company again for whatever maintenance service I would need, the office staff and the cleaners were very professional and I highly recommend them.
